CioccolaTò is Turin’s major celebration of chocolate, bringing together chocolatiers, artisan producers and some of the finest expressions of the city’s long chocolate-making tradition. Visitors can discover traditional specialties such as Gianduiotto alongside contemporary creations, tastings and new interpretations of cocoa and chocolate.

The 2027 edition takes place from 10 to 14 February, with 10 February dedicated to industry professionals. The main exhibition returns to Piazza Vittorio Veneto, while historic buildings and museums across Turin host a rich cultural and artistic programme. Tastings, meetings and workshops explore chocolate not only as a delicacy, but also through its connections with craftsmanship, innovation, culture and contemporary society.

A major new feature for 2027 is Belgium, which for the first time in the history of CioccolaTò will take part as the event’s guest country.
